A design gallery for North Idaho and the Spokane side of the line
Design Gallery is a kitchen and bath gallery: kitchens, appliances, surfaces, cabinetry and bath. In Post Falls it sits on Moyie Street, a short drive from I-90, and serves homeowners and the design trade across North Idaho and the Spokane area.
The idea is simple: settle the big decisions of a kitchen or a bath in one room, with the cabinetry, the appliances, the stone and the hardware in front of you at full size. Finishes are chosen against each other, not from separate catalogs, and the people who specify each part of the project are under the same roof.
Design Gallery is the venue brand of a family of companies, and in Post Falls two of them work inside it: DreamLine Custom Cabinetry for cabinetry, and DreamHome Appliance Group for appliances. Each one answers for its own part of the project, in the same building and often in the same conversation.
On the floor

Kitchen displays
Full-size kitchens with tall painted cabinetry, brushed brass pulls and quartz range hoods. One is navy around a stainless refrigerator column; another is white shaker, with a black range under a black hood and a gold-veined quartz backsplash.
Stone, fixtures and hardware
Quartz with gold veining, brass pot fillers and faucets, and cabinet hardware are set where they would be in a finished room, so the metal tone can be checked against the stone.
Laundry and mudroom
A laundry and mudroom bay with white lockers over a bench and a washer and dryer side by side in dark oak, for the rooms that work hardest in a house.

Interior designers, architects and builders use the gallery as an extension of the studio: walk a client through finishes in person, pull door samples for a presentation, and settle the cabinetry and appliance package in one meeting.
The finish library is built for that work. Two lit oak columns hold cabinet door samples, from fluted oak to painted sage, so a profile and a color can be compared side by side before anything is ordered.
