Do I need an appointment?
No. Since the opening the gallery keeps regular hours and an appointment is optional, though it still buys you an unhurried afternoon, with a specialist and the room held for you rather than shared.
When did Design Gallery open to the public?
September 17-18, 2026, over two evenings, 5:30 – 8:30 PM on both. Thursday, September 17 was the trade preview, for interior designers, architects, builders. Friday, September 18 was the grand opening evening, for clients, friends and invited guests.
What are Design Gallery's hours?
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, closed Sunday. The quickest way to fix a time is the phone, (916) 500-5417.
How long does a visit take?
A first walkthrough runs about half an hour. A working session, with drawings on the table and materials pulled off the floor, runs longer and is meant to. The time is held either way, and you set the pace.

Is Design Gallery a showroom?
In the sense most people mean, yes: everything on the floor can be seen and touched, and in the working kitchen it is cooked on. We call it a kitchen and bath gallery: working kitchens, appliances, surfaces, cabinetry and bath, set as finished rooms to walk through rather than a floor of products in rows.
Do I need my own designer or contractor to visit Design Gallery?
No. Homeowners who come without a designer or a builder are hosted by the gallery team and walked through the floor at the pace of their project. Plans and measurements help when you have them, though a first visit made only to look is just as welcome. If a designer, architect or contractor joins the project later, what you settled here goes on to them.
Will Design Gallery work with the designer or contractor I already have?
Yes, and that is how most projects arrive. Your designer, architect or contractor can join the visit and take a private room with the drawings on screen, and the selections are prepared for them to carry into the build. A client introduced by a design professional stays with that professional, and the gallery team does not quote or contact them around their designer.
What happens after my visit?
What you choose is recorded with model numbers, finish codes and rough-in requirements, ready for whoever runs the project. Any further contact from the gallery team is at your request, never a sales follow-up. When you are ready to go ahead, the specification is settled with the team, alongside your designer or builder if you have one.
Does Design Gallery help with ordering, delivery and installation?
Yes. Once a selection is settled, everything on the floor can be specified through the gallery team. Appliances come through DreamHome Appliance Group, inside Design Gallery, and are delivered and installed by DreamHome Appliance Group. Cabinetry is built to specification by DreamLine Custom Cabinetry in its own Northern California shop and installed by DreamLine Custom Cabinetry. Countertops are cut and installed by a fabricator working from the specification decided here. Design Gallery itself is not a contractor.
Can the gallery take on the whole remodel?
Design Gallery itself is not a contractor. When a project needs a general contractor, a licensed general contractor in our group (CSLB #853669) can take it on, working from the selections made with the gallery team.
Is Design Gallery only for luxury custom builds?
No. A visit is planned around the project in front of you, whether that is a homeowner partway through a remodel, a designer or architect bringing a client, or a builder choosing for a house under construction. Come with drawings or with nothing at all; a visit made only to see what is possible is an ordinary visit here. An appointment is optional, and booking one holds a member of the team for you.
What is on the floor
Which brands are on display?
Five brands are resident on the Roseville floor: Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Cosentino and DreamLine Custom Cabinetry. They are installed across complete working environments rather than lined up as samples. Around them the floor carries the wider roster of cooking, refrigeration, ventilation, surface, cabinetry and bath brands the design community specifies.
Are the appliances plugged in and running?
Yes. Every appliance on the floor is installed and running, set into finished kitchen and bath environments rather than into a display case. Refrigeration holds temperature, the ranges are brought to heat during a session, and ventilation and cleaning run alongside them.
How large is the gallery?
The building is 18,000 square feet: installed working environments, a chef-grade working kitchen, a plaza with a stage, and private rooms for the design trade.
Which surfaces can I see, and at what scale?
Cosentino surfaces, Dekton and Silestone, run across islands, counters and walls at full size rather than as chip samples. A finish reads differently in the warm light it will live in and beside the cabinetry and appliances it has to sit with.
Whose cabinetry are the rooms built in?
DreamLine Custom Cabinetry, designed and built in Northern California. It frames every environment in the building, so a door style, a finish and an interior fitting can be judged at full height instead of from a sample door. Fully custom means dimensions, materials and interiors built to specification, including panel-ready fronts that take refrigeration and dishwashing without a visible seam.
The working kitchen
What is the working kitchen?
The only working Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove kitchen in Greater Sacramento is at 900 Sunrise Ave in Roseville. The appliances in it are connected and cooked on rather than staged, and the rest of the floor is arranged around the room.
Is food actually cooked on the appliances?
Yes. A chef session in the Roseville working kitchen puts a guest chef on the Wolf range for a full menu, start to plate, while the refrigeration and the dishwasher carry their ordinary load beside it. Outside a session the team brings the appliances up and works through them with you.
Do guests cook on the equipment themselves?
No. A member of the team runs it, or the guest chef does at a chef session. Your part is to stand close enough to see the work and to eat what comes off the range.
What can I judge here that a specification sheet cannot tell me?
Heat, noise and scale. A Wolf range in the Roseville working kitchen is taken down to a low simmer and back to a hard boil in front of you, so the recovery is something you time rather than read. Open a Sub-Zero on the Roseville floor and two sealed systems stop being a phrase, while the Cove runs as you stand beside it, which is the only honest way to judge what it will ask of an open-plan room. Is there a trade or designer program?
Yes. The trade program is open, and applications are made online through the Trade Portal. After you confirm your email address, the team reviews each application personally and reaches out with the decision; approved partners then book the private rooms and plan visits from the portal.
Will you contact my client?
No. Clients you introduce stay yours. We do not approach them, quote them, or follow up around you. That principle holds from the first project.
Can I present to a client here?
Yes. The private rooms take a client walkthrough or a working session, with screens for your renders and the running floor a few steps away. Homeowners who arrive without a designer are hosted by the in-house team, so nobody is turned away and no designer arrives to find their client already spoken for.

Parking surrounds the building at 900 Sunrise Ave and is free. The entrance faces the plaza.
How long is the drive?
