Wolf
The only place in Greater Sacramento where you can see Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances working.
Wolf brings professional cooking heat under precise control: dual-fuel ranges, rangetops, built-in ovens, steam ovens and ventilation, installed and working on our floor.
The red knobs are a promise. Turn one, hold the simmer, and feel the difference control makes before you commit to a single model.

Book a visit

A guest chef will cook on Wolf at our chef demonstrations. In a working-kitchen session the appliances become the argument: real heat, real food.
A range you have cooked on is a range you can commit to. Bring your plans, or bring your appetite, and judge the argument yourself.
A Wolf you can cook on
Most cooking appliances are sold on a showroom that has never been switched on. Ours is different. At a chef session or a private trade visit the Wolf range and rangetop are cooking, the ventilation above them is pulling real steam and heat, and you can stand at the burners, work the controls, and read the output the way you will actually use it. Bring your plans, or bring your appetite, and let a range you have used settle the specification. This is the difference between choosing a kitchen from a brochure and choosing one you have stood in.
The Wolf range on our floor
Wolf is a full cooking suite, and seeing the pieces assembled in one kitchen is the point:
dual-fuel (a gas cooktop over a dual-convection electric oven), all-gas, and induction ranges, with the signature red knobs.
gas, induction, and electric surfaces for a cooktop-and-wall-oven layout.
the M Series wall ovens with dual convection for even heat.
steam and convection combined for precise, healthier cooking.
hoods and liners sized to clear the heat and steam a serious cooktop produces.
to round out the cooking suite.
All of it is shown integrated into finished cabinetry, next to the refrigeration and cleanup it was designed to work with.
Specifying Wolf with our team
For a designer, Wolf is the working heart of a kitchen, and the Gallery lets a client feel that heart before it is specified. Our team can walk you from the range configuration to the ventilation sizing, the clearances, and the rough-in your field crew needs, and you can host a client in the room while a chef is cooking on the very appliance you are proposing. Trade collaboration and a private presentation space are part of how we work with designers. See For Designers to set up a partnership.
The engineering behind the name
Wolf is a professional cooking brand and part of the Sub-Zero Group, which acquired the residential Wolf appliance business in 2000 and pairs it with Sub-Zero refrigeration and Cove dishwashing as one Wisconsin-built family.
The signature red knobs are a Wolf design cue as much as a control, and every Wolf cooking product is built and tested to a professional standard.
Dual-fuel ranges combine a gas cooktop with a dual-convection electric oven, so a cook gets the responsiveness of a flame with the even, controlled heat of electric convection.
Wolf ventilation is engineered to be specified with the cooking, not bolted on afterward, so capture and sound are planned into the room.
