Sub-Zero
The only place in Greater Sacramento where you can see Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances working.
Sub-Zero is a benchmark in premium refrigeration, designed for people who expect more than cold air. Dual compressors, vacuum-sealed doors and precise climate control keep ingredients fresh for weeks, not days.
In the Gallery it will run day and night. Open the doors, feel the seal, and taste what careful preservation actually changes at the table.

Panel-ready columns and integrated units are installed here in finished DreamLine Custom Cabinetry, so you see the end state: refrigeration as architecture, flush with the room it serves.
Stand in front of the units, compare configurations, and plan the kitchen around how your household actually cooks, shops and entertains.
A Sub-Zero you can open, not just admire
Refrigeration is the appliance most people buy on faith and live with the longest. Seeing it working changes the decision. In the Gallery you can stand in front of the units, open and close the vacuum-sealed doors, and judge the interior lighting, the racking, and the fit and finish by hand. During our chef demonstrations and private trade visits the refrigeration is part of a real kitchen in motion, holding ingredients for the food being cooked a few steps away, which is the honest way to understand what preservation means at the table rather than on a label.

The Sub-Zero range on our floor
Sub-Zero is a system, not a single box, and the point of a working floor is to see how the pieces fit a room:
the built-in, fully integrated refrigeration Sub-Zero is known for, flush with the cabinetry and finished to match.
column refrigerators and freezers, refrigerator and freezer drawers, and undercounter units, so cold can be placed exactly where a kitchen, island, or entertaining zone needs it.
the professional-style statement refrigeration, stainless and commercial in character.
dedicated wine preservation for the household that keeps a serious cellar in the kitchen.
Every one of these is shown the way it will live in your home: integrated into finished cabinetry, running, next to the cooking and cleanup it was designed to sit beside.
Specifying Sub-Zero with our team
For an interior designer or architect, Sub-Zero is refrigeration as architecture, and the Gallery is where a client can stand inside the finished result rather than approve it from a rendering. Bring your plans and our team will walk you from the door style and panel to the column configuration and the rough-in dimensions, and you can host a client in the room while the appliances are running. Trade collaboration and a private presentation space are part of how we work with designers. See For Designers for how a working partnership is set up.
The engineering behind the name
Sub-Zero was founded in 1945 by Westye Bakke in Madison, Wisconsin, and remains a family-owned company that still builds its appliances in Wisconsin.
Its signature is dual refrigeration: two separate cooling systems, one for the fresh-food compartment and one for the freezer, so humid air and dry air never mix. That is what keeps fresh food fresh and frozen food frozen without the two working against each other.
Sub-Zero refrigeration uses an air purification system, based on technology developed with NASA, that helps reduce ethylene gas and slow spoilage.
Magnetic door seals draw the door shut and hold a consistent internal climate.
