Events at 900 Sunrise

Chef-led cooking demonstrations, trade mornings and evenings at the working kitchen in Roseville. These are demonstrations, not classes: a chef cooks on the installed appliances while you watch, ask and taste, and each date asks for an RSVP.

The first season

The first eveningsopen September 17-18

Our first season opens with the grand opening on September 17-18: chef-led demonstrations around the working island, cooked on the appliances you came to see. Demonstrations, not classes, and every evening asks for an RSVP.

The program

How the evenings work

Chef evenings

Several evenings a season, a guest chef cooks a full menu on the Wolf range in the working kitchen in Roseville, from the first sear to the plate, while the Sub-Zero refrigeration and the Cove dishwasher beside it carry their everyday load. The chef and our team run the equipment. Guests stand close, ask what they like and taste the result.

Trade mornings

Mornings for interior designers, architects, builders and remodelers, with a first look at new arrivals in the Gallery. Professionals on the list hear about each date before anyone else, and the list starts with a request on Trade Program.

Designers and their clients

A designer can bring a client to a demonstration and continue in a private room with the drawings on screen, a few steps from the environments under discussion. The design community had its own opening night: the Trade Preview on Thursday, September 17, a day before the public evening.

The archive

Every evening that has run stays on this page in the archive below, linked to its own page. The first two are the opening nights: the Trade Preview and the Grand Opening Evening.

Questions about attending are answered in the FAQ. To see the appliances run on a day without an event, book a visit.

The Grand Opening

How the Gallery opened, September 17–18

A trade preview on Thursday and a public evening on Friday, both around the working kitchen island. The grand opening page keeps the schedule, the photographs and the questions guests asked.
