When and where

Design Gallery opens over two evenings. Thursday, September 17, 2026, 5:30 – 8:30 PM, is the trade preview for interior designers, architects and builders. Friday, September 18, 2026, 5:30 – 8:30 PM, is the public evening. Both are at the showroom, 900 Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661, phone (916) 500-5417.

From Saturday, September 19 the showroom keeps regular hours, Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 17:00, and closes Sunday. Until the opening, visits are by appointment.

The public evening asks for an RSVP so the kitchen can plan for the number of guests.

What opens: 18,000 square feet of finished environments

Design Gallery is a kitchen and bath showroom built as whole rooms: kitchens, baths, closets, laundry rooms and an outdoor kitchen, dozens of finished environments across 18,000 square feet, each one cabinetry, surfaces and appliances installed together the way they will live in a home. Nothing sits on a riser in a row of lookalikes.

At the center is the working kitchen, where Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances are installed, plumbed, powered and cooked on. Around it, DreamLine Custom Cabinetry in its door styles frames many of the environments, and Cosentino surfaces run across counters and walls at full scale.

The residents are Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Cosentino and DreamLine Custom Cabinetry; dozens of other names are installed alongside them, and appliances are available through DreamHome Appliance Group, inside Design Gallery. The two evenings

Thursday belongs to the trade. It is the smaller of the two nights, built around conversations at the island and in the private presentation rooms, and it is the evening to see the floor before your clients do. It asks for an RSVP through the designer program.

Friday is open to everyone, with an RSVP. Bring the people working on your project, or come to see what a working kitchen looks like before you plan one. Designers are welcome on both nights and are the right people to bring a client on Friday.

On both evenings a chef cooks at the working kitchen island, plating as courses come off the range, and the seats around the island are for whoever sits down next. There is no sales pitch and nothing is sold from a counter; the floor is open end to end and the team is on it all evening.

Chef-led evenings after the opening

The opening is the first of a season. Chef-led cooking demonstrations and chef evenings continue through the autumn, with trade mornings for designers and architects in between. Each one gets its own page with a date and an RSVP as it is confirmed. They are demonstrations, not classes: a chef cooks on the installed appliances and you watch, ask and taste.

When is the Design Gallery grand opening?

Do I need a ticket or an RSVP?

What is different about the working kitchen?
