Questions
When is the Design Gallery grand opening?
Over two evenings, September 17-18, 2026: the doors are open 5:30 – 8:30 PM on both nights, at 900 Sunrise Ave in Roseville. Thursday is the trade evening; Friday is open to the public with an RSVP.
Do I need a ticket or an RSVP?
No tickets. Friday is open to the public and asks only that you RSVP, so the chef knows how many guests to cook for. Thursday is reserved for the trade (designers, architects, builders) through the designer program, also by RSVP.
Where is Design Gallery and how do I get there?
900 Sunrise Ave, Roseville, CA 95661, in east Roseville just off the Douglas Boulevard corridor. From Granite Bay, come west along Douglas Boulevard; from Folsom, East Roseville Parkway; from Rocklin, south on Sunrise Avenue; from Sacramento, Interstate 80 east to Roseville and Douglas Boulevard.
What is different about the working kitchen?
The Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances in it are installed, plumbed, powered and cooked on, so guests watch a chef cook on the appliances they are considering rather than looking at them switched off. The working kitchen page lists what is on the floor.
Will there be more cooking evenings after the opening?
Yes. Chef-led evenings and trade mornings continue through the season; each date goes on the events page once it is confirmed. Expect a demonstration rather than a class: you watch the chef cook, ask questions and taste.
