Who the evening is for
Thursday, September 17, 2026, 5:30 – 8:30 PM, is the first of the two opening evenings and it belongs to the trade: interior designers, architects, builders and the teams behind them. It is smaller than Friday by design, built around conversations at the island rather than a crowd, and it is the evening to see the floor before your clients do.
Friday, the public evening, is the one to send clients to, or to bring them to yourself. Thursday asks for an RSVP through the designer program; it is not the public opening.
What the trade sees first
The private presentation rooms, with your renders on screen and the environments a short walk away. DreamLine Custom Cabinetry in its door styles, built into finished rooms rather than shown on a board. And the working kitchen, where Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove are installed, plumbed, powered and cooked on; a chef is at the island all evening.
The building is 18,000 square feet: kitchens, baths, closets, laundry and an outdoor kitchen, with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Cosentino and DreamLine Custom Cabinetry as residents and dozens of other names installed alongside. The Roseville showroom page has the layout and the hours that begin the following week.
The designer program
Clients you bring stay yours: the team does not contact them, quote them or follow up around you. That is the first rule of the program and it applies from the first visit. The rest is practical: a private room to book for a walkthrough, trade resources in the partner portal, and someone who replies personally. The For Designers page describes it, and the designer directory is where the practices we work with are listed.
Terms are agreed one on one, in the room, not on a page.
RSVP
Use the RSVP form and choose the Thursday evening; the form asks for your practice and who is coming with you. A client is welcome with a note in the RSVP. The grand opening page carries both evenings and the directions.
