Perlick
Perlick is commercial-grade refrigeration brought home. For more than a century the brand has built the beverage systems behind serious bars, and that same engineering now cools wine, beer and provisions in the residential kitchen and the outdoor entertaining space.
In the Gallery it stands for the part of a kitchen built around hospitality: undercounter refrigeration, wine reserves and beverage centers designed to hold a temperature exactly, whether they are set indoors or open to the patio.

Perlick was founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1917 and remains family-owned, a rare continuity in the appliance world. Its residential line carries the DNA of its commercial roots, including forced-air cooling built to keep temperatures even from the front of a shelf to the back.
On the floor these units are set into finished DreamLine cabinetry the way they belong in a home, flush and integrated rather than freestanding. Open a wine reserve, feel the door seal, and see how a refrigeration drawer disappears into a run of cabinetry.
