THOR Kitchen professional-style range

Through our designers

THOR Kitchen

THOR Kitchen builds professional-style appliances for the home cook who wants the look and command of a commercial kitchen. Heavy stainless steel, high-output ranges and matching ventilation give a kitchen a serious, working character.

In the Gallery THOR stands for professional presence: the stainless ranges, hoods and refrigeration that read as a working line rather than a domestic afterthought.

THOR Kitchen is a United States brand built around professional-style cooking equipment, from gas and dual-fuel ranges to ventilation and refrigeration designed to match.

On the floor the appeal is tactile. Handle the range knobs, look at the stainless construction, and see how a professional-style suite sits within a finished kitchen environment.

01

Choosing a THOR Kitchen range width

The first decision is width, and it drives everything around it. A 30 inch THOR range suits a typical remodel opening and a household that cooks every day. A 36 inch model adds burners and a larger oven, which is the point where cabinetry often needs to change. The 48 inch and 60 inch versions behave like a statement wall, with more burners, a griddle or a second oven, and they need a hood sized to match and a gas line that can feed them.

Measure the opening, note the gas supply and check the clearance to combustible surfaces before you fall for a particular model. That order saves a second round of cabinetry.

02

THOR Kitchen beyond the range

Most households start with a range and then ask what else the brand makes. The family around it includes:

Hoods

wall and island ventilation in stainless to match the range finish.

Refrigeration

column and French door models, plus wine storage in some collections.

Dishwashers

stainless built-in models that continue the look.

Outdoor

grills and outdoor cooking equipment from the same design language.

A matching suite gives a kitchen a unified line, though many designers mix THOR cooking with refrigeration from another maker to suit the room.

03

Pro-style presence in a designed kitchen

Pro-style ranges are visual objects as much as tools. They set the scale of the wall, the height of the hood and the weight of the cabinetry beside them. Our team can help a designer place a range like this in the plan, compare it with the cooking we can show, and review ventilation and clearance. See Trade Program for designers to start.

Frequently asked questions

Which THOR Kitchen range width suits a remodel?

A 30 inch range usually fits an existing opening, while 36 inch and wider models often call for new cabinetry, a larger hood and a gas line that can feed them. Measure the opening and the supply before choosing.

How do the Professional and Contemporary looks differ?

Professional styling leans on heavy knobs and a commercial feel, while Contemporary is cleaner and flatter. Compare control layout and oven size as well as the width, and judge the finish against your cabinetry.

How does a wide THOR range set the scale of a kitchen wall?

A wide stainless range fixes the height and width of the hood, the cabinets that flank it and the visual weight of the whole wall. Draw the range, hood and flanking cabinetry as one elevation before choosing finishes, and our team can review that elevation with you.

Can I plan a visit to compare pro-style ranges?

THOR Kitchen is not among our current displays. Ask the team and we will help you plan a visit around the pro-style cooking we can show, so you can judge scale and feel.
