Trade Program

The Trade Program for Architects

A residential project lives in drawings, schedules and specifications long before anyone stands in the kitchen. The trade program gives you the documents behind the brands on our floor, people who work through the details with you, and a room in Roseville where your client can see the selections working before they are drawn.

Built for the drawing set

The documents behind the floor

Cut sheets, dimension drawings and rough-in requirements, with CAD and BIM files, collected from the brands in the gallery in the Trade Portal library.

Answers on panels and rough-in

Our team works through panels, configuration, clearances and rough-in with architects, so a question about an integrated column or a range is answered before it reaches the field.

Installation guidance for the trades

Clearances, framing dimensions and ventilation planning, so the contractor is ready before the appliance arrives.

Continuing education

Product trainings and continuing-education sessions taught by the brands themselves, announced to trade partners first.

How the gallery works with architects

Software and libraries come from the brands, and they are free. What we add is the multi-brand view, the people, and the room.

  1. Specify across brands

Appliances, surfaces, cabinetry and bath sit on one floor in finished rooms, so a kitchen that mixes brands can be checked as one composition rather than one catalog at a time.

  2. Meet your client in the room

Plan a gallery tour with your client from the portal, or book a private room with the drawings on screen. Your client sees the appliances working before the selection is committed.

  3. Hand off cleanly

Ask for samples and quotes from the portal. Quotes are prepared privately for you, and the selections travel with the project to whoever builds it.

Questions

Plain answers

Do you host CAD and BIM files?

The Trade Portal library collects the specification, CAD and BIM resources the brands publish, so you work from the current source rather than a stale copy.

Can my client meet me at the gallery?

Yes. Plan a gallery tour with your client or book a private room from the portal. Your client stays your client: the gallery team does not contact or quote them around you.

Who receives a quote on my project?

The partner who asks for it. Quotes are prepared privately by the gallery team and are never published.

How do I apply?

Apply online for trade access. After you confirm your email address, the team reviews your application personally and reaches out with the decision.

Bring the drawings. Bring the client.

Apply for trade access and use the gallery as the place where specifications are checked and decisions are made.
