Request samples and quotes from the portal. Quotes are prepared privately and sent to you, never to your buyer around you.

We do not run your schedule or your change orders. Your own system does. We take the kitchen and bath decisions off your plate and hand them back ready to build.
Send the buyer
Plan the visit from the portal and tell us what the buyer needs to decide. A private room is there when the drawings need to be on screen.
Decide on the floor
Your buyer sees the appliances working and the surfaces and cabinetry at full size, which is where a hesitant decision gets made.
Carry it into the build
The selections are prepared for you to carry into the build, and anything still open comes back to you, not around you.

Do my buyers need an appointment?
It helps. Plan the visit from the Trade Portal so the gallery team is ready for your buyer and knows what has to be decided.
Will the gallery sell to my buyer directly?
No. A buyer you bring stays yours. Quotes on your homes come to you, and the gallery team does not market to your buyers.
Do you work with remodelers too?
Yes. The program is open to custom builders and remodelers, along with designers and architects, and every approved partner uses the same portal.
How do I apply?
Apply online for trade access. After you confirm your email address, the team reviews your application personally and reaches out with the decision.
