Miele sells its appliances on endurance, and endurance is a promise you can only partly read on a floor and never from a page. What you can read is the build that endurance is supposed to come from: how a door falls shut, how a dial answers, how a coffee system is finished where you touch it every morning. On our floor you can open a Miele oven and a steam oven, work the controls, and judge the fit that Immer Besser, forever better, is meant to stand behind.
